Have fun!

Here are photos of my son being his super happy self in the morning at Grandma's house after Christmas. I just love this outfit on him!

Products used: Patterned papers: Basic Grey (quilt), K&Company (white/blue); Letters: echo park (scrabble); Tools: Cricut Create a Critter (whales), Opposites Attract ("rise"), and Lyrical Letters ("shine") cartridges; Sketch: Allison Davis

Variation: I used this sketch pretty literally. But I had to swap out the stars for some cute little whales to match Tobin's outfit.

A little bit about me:

When it comes to paper crafting I am... addicted!

Where do you craft? Since we moved into our new home, I inherited this odd nook between the front door and fireplace that divides the great room. It has large windows but an awkward wall configuration. So I get tons of light but have to be pretty creative with storage. Unfortunately, the windows are so nice that the cats trample my desk throughout the day to get to them.

When I am creating, these are the things I have to have around me... Paper, Cricut, adhesives, scissors, sunlight, magnetic mat.

When I am not creating, you can find me... Entertaining my 8 month old son, Tobin.

When it comes to sketches I... have to have them! I love playing around with patterns and color. I leave arrangement up to the experts.

Leave a comment to be entered to win a copy of Sketches for Scrapbooking Volume 7! Make sure you are logged in or leave your contact info in the comment so I can notify the winner. I will draw a winner on Monday.

Please continue your hop over to Katrina's blog.

Santa

This layout was designed around Allison's awesome add on sketch over at Sketch Support!

Our cute little reindeer visits Santa for the first time. He was mesmerized. He only looked over to smile at the camera when I distracted him.

Products used: Patterned papers: Echo Park; Gumdrop: Martha Stewart; Letters: jillibean soup (santa), Making Memories (glitter and block), Joann (cheer); Sketches: Allison Davis (title block), Pagemaps (layout)

Farm Fresh

Another Sketch Support layout. You can see the sketch and more great inspiration for the design team here.

These are photos from the local farm stands my parents go to. We took Tobin for his first visit when I was home in NH in October. We had fun picking out a pumpkin and exploring the corn maze.

Products used: Patterned paper: Bella Blvd (cloud cut outs), Coredinations (background), SEI (stripes), Making Memories (die cut sheet and shimmery scalloped strips); Tools: Cricut Country Life cartridge (windmill, sunflowers, chickens, and banners)
